Minimal student data
Trips need only names and room assignments, entered by your staff. No student accounts, no student-held devices, nothing collected from students directly.

School-friendly purchasing
Purchase orders and checks accepted alongside cards. Hardware is a one-time purchase; monitoring bills per room, per night, only on trips that run.
